Job Requirment

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Quality Assurance Processes
    • Monitor and evaluate academic and administrative processes to ensure compliance with national and international accreditation standards (e.g., NCAAA, ETEC, AHPGS).
    • Support the preparation, submission, and follow-up of accreditation and reaccreditation files (programmatic and institutional).

o   Develop and update quality policies and procedures periodically.

o   Generate Strategic and Operational plan reports at different levels.

  1. Data Management & Reporting
    • Collect, verify, and analyze data on teaching, assessment, and student performance for QA purposes and prepare reports accordingly.
    • Generate key performance indicators and prepare the relevant trend analysis reports.
    • Write self-study reports at the institutional and programmatic levels.
  2. Assessment & Evaluation
    • Analyze student, faculty, and stakeholder survey results and generate reports accordingly
    • Assist in implementing continuous improvement plans at course and program levels.
  3. Communication & Coordination

o   Coordinate with various departments to ensure that quality standards are implemented efficiently

Qualifications:

  1. Education:
    • Master’s degree (preferred) or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Quality Management, Higher Education Administration, or a related field.
  1. Experience:
    • 2 years of experience in academic quality assurance, accreditation, or higher education administration, preferably in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
    • Experience with national and international accreditation processes (e.g., NCAAA, ABET, AHPGS).
  2. Skills & Competencies:
    • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, SPSS, QA portals).
    • Excellent English (written and spoken); strong academic writing and documentation skills.
    • Strong organizational, time-management, and coordination skills.
    • Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
